Motel Nicholas - Omak

Checked into a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 1 night and found the space clean and cute. The mini fridge and coffee pot were handy. Air conditioning worked effectively. Staff was genuinely helpful, addressing quirks with the door that required a specific technique to open. While the room was spacious, the lighting could be better in places, with some areas feeling dim. The bathroom, while updated, had a shower stall that felt cramped. Internet access was free and reliable, a plus. A few outlets needed attention, but overall it was a decent budget option, especially for short stays. The location was convenient, close to shopping and dining options.

Had good sleep at the queen room with all necessary amenities as well as seating on the grass.

Where it excels and where it fails

The room was well-appointed with a cute decor and a very comfy queen bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The friendly staff created a cute atmosphere.

While the bathroom had decent water pressure, the lighting needed improvement and was a bit dim for comfort. The door required some jiggling to open, somewhat frustrating.

The room was decent, if you enjoy a luciously warm sink taking centuries to warm up. As a guest who obviously deserves more, no one offered me anything special, like a welcome drink, despite these issues. And let's not forget the world's tiniest bathroom, which seemed like getting dressed in a sardine can. Utterly disappointing!

Motel Nicholas was a good surprise for our stay! The cleanliness was great, and the peace all around was a pleasant change, especially during a busy weekend like Stampede. The room had a comfy queen bed, modern shower head, and useful amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. The grassy area out front with trees and tables was a lovely spot to relax. Truly, the owners were great too accommodate us.

Bathroom, complete with a detachable shower head. The staff, including Herman and his wife, were genuinely accommodating, our comfort. We encountered a couple of quirks with the door and some areas need updating.

During my stay as a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of my room. The little couch was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the area. I particularly appreciated the well-appointed bathroom with great towels and reliable water pressure, which made for a nice refreshing shower. Plus, it’s located conveniently close to fast-food spots and a grocery store, which was handy.

A Clean and Cute Stay

I was actually surprised by how clean and cute my room was, especially with the nice tile in the bathroom. The check-in was super fast, and the staff was genuinely kind. I did notice that the hot water took quite a while to really heat up, a bit frustrating.

The internet was free and reliable for streaming. Bring a power strip if you need more outlets in the room.

The room was clean with comfy beds and a solid shower. Free Wi-Fi worked well. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Enjoyed our long day visiting nearby parks. It was a good budget stay, and the staff was super helpful!

The kids loved surfing the web in our room. It was nice to unwind with family while watching some good TV after a long day exploring Omak.

Amazing place with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and ample parking. The staff were kind to my old parents during our first stay, and the lady cleaning the rooms was very nice. Highly recommend! I'm coming back for a trip.
